major multiplayer handling changes

i have worked very hard to get the lobby system and public hosting lol :D its pretty good right now i dare say improved, the actual game will have drop down for games that just started, you can click join and join public games with info on the game world visible in dropdown :D i also drastically improved the way the ai handles multiple characters... which in itself took ages and could have been a update :D anyway enjoy :P
